1. Who we are

SAG Manager is a personal financial-management application operated by South Armz Global, Inc. It helps you track spending, net worth, investments, and cash flow by connecting your financial accounts.

2. Information we collect

• Account information you provide: your email address and basic profile details.
• Financial account data, only with your consent, retrieved through Plaid when you connect an institution: account balances, transactions, and account details.
• Usage data needed to operate and secure the service (e.g., authentication events, application logs).

3. How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide and secure the service — to display your accounts, spending, net worth, and forecasts, and to support and protect your account. We do not sell your personal or financial information.

4. How your information is shared

We share information only with the providers that operate the service, limited to what each needs:

• Plaid — connects your financial accounts and supplies the financial data, under your consent. Plaid’s handling of your data is governed by Plaid’s end-user privacy policy.
• Supabase — managed authentication and database hosting.
• Our hosting provider — runs the application server.

We may disclose information if required by law.

5. How we protect your information

Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Your data is isolated to your account at the database (row-level security). Plaid access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), and consumer financial data is fetched on demand rather than stored. Multi-factor authentication is available and enforced for your account.

6. Data retention & your choices

• Financial transaction and balance data is not stored; it is fetched live.
• You can disconnect any institution at any time — this revokes our access at Plaid and deletes the stored token.
• You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us.
• You may withdraw consent to financial-data access by disconnecting your institutions.

7. Children

The service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, individuals under 18.
