1. Acceptance
By using SAG Manager (the “Service”), operated by South Armz Global, Inc. (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
SAG Manager is a personal financial-management tool that lets you connect financial accounts and view your spending, balances, net worth, and forecasts.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
4. Your account & security
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account. We provide multi-factor authentication and encourage you to enable it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Connecting financial accounts
You may connect financial institutions through Plaid. By connecting, you authorize us and Plaid to access and retrieve your account information for use within the Service, subject to your consent and Plaid’s end-user terms. You may disconnect at any time.
6. Not financial, investment, or tax advice
The Service presents information about your finances for your own use. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in it should be relied upon as such. Decisions you make are your own responsibility.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access data that is not yours, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; changes are posted here with an updated date.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
